Where is my order?

Open My orders to see its status. Orders usually ship in 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-7.

How do I return something?

Within 7 days of delivery, open the order in My orders and choose "Request a return". Pickup is free. See Returns & Refunds.

When will I get my refund?

Within 2 business days of the return reaching us; your bank may take 5-7 more days to show it.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, for most PIN codes, with a ₹49 handling fee. Pay online to skip it.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, any time before it ships. Send us a message below with your order number.
