- Order history, returns and messages you send us.
- Payment details are entered on our payment partner's secure page (Razorpay). We never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Basic device and usage data (pages viewed, browser) to keep the site working and secure.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and refunds.
- To send order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To prevent fraud and misuse.
- For marketing and advertising measurement only if you agree, and you can opt out any time.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the store, and only what they need:
- Payments: Razorpay.
- Delivery: Shiprocket and its courier partners.
- Messaging: email and WhatsApp providers for order updates.
- Hosting and analytics providers.
We don't sell your personal data. We may disclose it where the law requires.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active and as needed for orders, accounting and tax law (generally up to 8 years for invoices), then we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint by writing to admin@glisora.store. We reply within 30 days.
